happy holidays everyone. i am so grateful to be living in such a great country and have the opportunity and wealth that i have. i saw "god grew tired of us" the other night, and it just puts things into perspective. i really have so much. this season, i really want to focus on family and love and giving. (i had to have 4 new tires the other day, so i would rather NOT focus on that.) but we are headed to the annual pilgrimage of Ikea in Atlanta, and have some money to spend. i have been dreaming of bigger beds since i have gotten preggers! now that adrian is almost one, i can truly appreciate the size difference a queen would make. we'll, see. anyway, it will be a fun trip as adrian will go to his gigi's house for the first time. he has seen her a few times, but not enough. it is hard when we live a hike from each other. and with my maternity leave taking up all my vacation this year, i had no spare trips. looking forward to getting away for a few days. anyways, safe travels everyone. see ya'll after the holidays. hope to have a few snapshots to post of baby's first x-mas.
